Groovy Noodle was created in 2020 when Sarah and her friends realized that Plymouth needed a noodle shop. Mac 'n cheese & ramen were the focus but it soon became clear the town wanted more!
Our menu is built from these roots as well as the specials you have loved along the way which we decided to keep for good.
Our vibe? Groovy comfort.
Come in, hang out, & grab your favorite comfort food - maybe a local draft beer too! Relax, peruse the local wall, & snag the coveted seats on the couch for maximum comfort. We can't wait to see you.

I have eaten at restaurants from Maine to San Diego, Seattle to Miami, and Wilmington, NC to San Francisco... and this is the only place I've went back to for lunch two days in a row.
The food says it all, but they also have several selections of beer on tap as well, so that takes them over the top. Sarah and friends do a fantastic job, period and you would do yourself an injustice by skipping out on this wonderful establishment. I'd give six stars if I could!
